Return
You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

The buyer bears the costs for return shipping, unless there is an error on our part.

Exchange
An exchange is also possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

Please note that handmade products may have slight variations in color or pattern, and these do not constitute a defect.

Refund
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the originally chosen payment method.
