Refund policy

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard delivery will not be refunded.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for your original order, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returns
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
Regardless of your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from the date you receive your order.
