You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

How to exercise your right

You may use the official withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs),
no later than 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.
