Our products are manufactured in Palestine and initially transported to our fulfillment center in Germany. From there, all orders are shipped worldwide via DHL. This method allows us to offer faster delivery times, lower shipping costs, and more reliable and secure processing. Every shipment includes tracking.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country or region and are displayed accordingly during the ordering process.

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days after payment is received.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your package on the website of the relevant postal service.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties may apply. These depend on the legal regulations of the respective country. Should such duties arise, they are to be borne by the recipient.

As soon as your order has left our logistics center in Germany, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including your tracking number.

If something does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you can of course return your order within the scope of our right of withdrawal.
